Now you can take Melissa home with you and along on your travels. Audio cds provide the opportunity to practice when you want, where you want. Flows are split into separate tracks for easier repeating and forwarding; choose the flows you like and customize a class according to your energy and time.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga for Everybody

Suitable for all levels, this one-hour session is a well-rounded, calming and meditative flow. These sequences allow the breath to bring the poses to life. Exploring the movements the breath creates in the body and learning to move with this internal, wave-like flow, yoga becomes an invigorating meditation in motion.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga I

This is a challenging flow which introduces the fundamentals of a more vigorous, heat-inducing practice. Starting slowly with the basics of grounding and sun salutations, Melissa carefully leads you through a lunging series, warrior flows, balances and a cooling transition to relaxation.

Vinyasa Flow II

A follow-up to the popular Vinyasa Flow I, this session provides variations to basic poses and familiar flows with a twist. Moving slowly and with control is demanding in terms of strength and concentration. This session provides a balance of more challenging flows with intense focus and inner-body awareness.
