Vinyasa Flow Yoga Classes

Level One

These classes are suitable for all levels and teach us the basic principles of moving with the breath while finding alignment within the asanas. Invigorating flows full of variations create an atmosphere comfortable for everyone. Exploring the practice at a pace that is gentle and mindful, challenging and playful, level one classes are welcome to beginners and seasoned yogis alike.

Level Two

Often referred to as "power yoga", second level vinyasa flow classes have increased tempo and intensity. Tapping in to the wave-like rhythm of the breath while building flexibility and stamina, these more vigorous flows cultivate self-awareness. All are welcome, but foundational knowledge of the asanas is recommended.

Yoga at the MAA

Intermediate level vinyasa flow classes offered at the beautiful Club Sportif MAA in downtown Montreal. These one-hour classes are great for yogis-on-the-go who enjoy building up a sweat and stretching out. Corporate Wellness Yoga Courses

These courses are taught in 10 or 12 week sessions with emphasis on deep breathing, gentle stretching and strengthening postures, as well as stress management techniques. Flows of asanas are created to relax and energize, stretch out, and encourage the releasing of tension. Corporate Wellness Programs have been proven to increase workplace productivity and harmony.
